The Ingenia Sistemas Group, an engineering firm specializing in implementation, improvement and modernization of plants and industrial processes, in its desire to provide its clients with high quality services, has established the following as its Quality Policy:

Quality of Products and Services:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable specifications, requirements and regulations to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Work on preventing non-conformities, anticipating their appearance and always providing a rapid, constructive, positive and favourable response to any damage incurred by the client.


Quality of Suppliers
:

  • Establish a level of collaboration and commitment with all of our suppliers and contractors in the area of quality in order to best meet the needs of our clients.


Quality of Internal Processes
:

  • Guarantee that the specifications of internal processes are in compliance with financial profitability and production efficiency criteria.  
  • Propose a system for improving internal activities and processes based on identifying the most important aspects for client companies.
  • Ensure ongoing review of the quality management system by carrying out internal audits which lead to improvements to this system.

Quality for Clients:

  • Raise the level of satisfaction and analyze the quality expectations of our clients.
  • Focus activities and processes on obtaining the highest level of satisfaction possible for the client, based on a quality assurance system.


Quality of People
:

  • Improve the working environment and promote teamwork.
  • Support the personal and professional development of our employees, making it possible to delegate responsibilities and for them to have control over their activities.
  • Provide infrastructures, human resources and technical resources to ensure quality in the provision of services.

Quality of the Company:

  • Have an effective organization which responds to the needs of clients and makes it possible for the company to improve and achieve sustained growth.
  • Make Ingenia Sistemas a national benchmark in carrying out its activities.

The following objectives are intended to achieve the aims of the established policy:

  • Implementation and maintenance of a quality management system.
  • Obtaining certification from an accredited organization.
  • Ongoing improvements in the quality of products, processes and services.
  • Detecting, evaluating, measuring and reducing the number of non-conformities which occur.
  • Detecting, evaluating, measuring and reducing the number of complaints from clients.
  • Improving efficiency, profitability and internal control.

As a commitment to the policy and objectives defined, management shall undertake to:

  • Disseminate the quality policy to all staff of the organization, partners, suppliers and clients, ensuring that it is understood.
  • Supervise and periodically record the proper development, implementation, application, optimization and efficacy of the quality system throughout the organization.

This policy is one of the means to achieving the company’s aims.

Management will support and make available the necessary resources to use the Quality Assurance and Management System in accordance with the ISO 9000 series of standards.

All company employees play a key role in the service developed and provided to our clients.
